Sustainable Ballard is holding a bike rack design contest that any Ballardite with a pencil and an active imagination is invited to enter. Simply draw up a bicycle rack that is intuitive to use, allows U-style locks, isn't a hazard to kids or pedestrians, and looks ultra-nifty.
