While spectator sports are a mystery to me, I do know what I like in a sports bar. Strictly speaking, they only need serve cheap pitchers of microbrew and to have a good shuffleboard table. I can name five places that fit the bill nicely.

While you're kicking back this Labor Day weekend, Ryan Henry Ward will be out creating murals. He's well into his mission of painting 50 murals around Seattle; by now, there's probably one or two near you.
