Dogs have penetrated the art world like a Border Collie through an agility tunnel, and there's no turning back now. Soak in your latest dose of canine culture at "Dogs Unleashed," a quirky collection of paintings featuring dogs acting like people. First Thursday reception tonight (April 3), from 6 to 8 p.m.; meet the artists, identical twins Raya and Heidel Bethel, on Saturday, April 19, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. This show is at the Marni Muir Gallery, 112 S. Washington Street in Pioneer Square, Wednesdays through Saturdays (through April 26).

Woofs to CityDog, where I first learned about the show.
