I passed along your question to a few folks and here's one suggestion that came in:

"I used to work at the Pink Door and I remember having a few bachelorette parties come through. There’s not necessarily a place for dancing but they have great live music on certain days of the week in the lounge, fun drinks and a glorious outdoor patio. It’s a good place for a classier dinner version of the classic bachelorette party."

What about doing it at somebody's house first- playing all the fun naughty games then afterwards head out dancing. 2 hours home and 2 hours out without the underager.

To avoid having her feel left out, do a bridal party day at the spa like Habitude with just your girls

The Electric Boat company on Westlake! I did this with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and it was GREAT, although not the main attraction of the evening. You can rent a little boat by the hour and cruise around Lake Union. They let us serve our own drinks on board, provided the driver was completely sober. You don't need to be nautically inclined to operate the boat either, they are small and slow. Our group was allowed to decorate in fitting with the theme (which was "hell"). This would not satisfy your dancing itch, but we went straight to Hooters afterwards because it was close and a place we were sure to get a lot of attention. That was by far the best place to go for the good ol' Bride's checklist of embarrassing things she has to do/get.

I went to Chopstix for a bachelorette party and it was really fun. There were also birthday parties going on too, so it seems like a good place for that type of outing. I know they’re a restaurant in addition to a club, but I'm not sure if they allow people under 21 or not.

Limo around town....Chopstix, a definate. After hours dancing at Neighbors! Went with a bachelorette party there, and it's soooo much fun! So great not getting picked up on all night!
