I have a nephew who is as smitten with the Seattle Seahawks as I was with the Sonics. So I was happy to learn that an assortment of 'Hawks players will sign autographs and pose for photos with fans on Tuesdays throughout the season. The autograph sessions will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Seahawks Pro Shop (Qwest Field, 800 Occidental Ave. S.).

It's not every day that putting cream in your morning cup involves peering down into what is probably the only fully intact pre-World War II Japanese bathhouse in the United States. And it looks like soon, Panama nights are going light up with history as well.
