Today is the last operating day of the 2007-2008 season and I would like to personally thank you for the tremendous support. This looks like a record year for visitations.Chair 1 will be replaced this summer with a new Doppelmeyer quad. The good news is that the double-diamond top ramp will be gone, and the mid-station will be ten feet lower which will make it much easier to load the lift. We've raised over $30,000 to donate to the NWAC so far through Chair 1 sales. Check back here Monday afternoon to read essays submitted in the Chair 1 contest, and for info on how to purchase the commemorative Chair 1 sweatshirts and t-shirts. (we're printing another run, due to the popularity, with proceeds going to NWAC)La Nina certainly lived up to its forecast this winter.
