Venture out to Crossroads Mall to meet Common Folk Co.

RSS for Minding the StoreCrossroads Mall may a little outside of your normal shopping radius, but I hear from reliable sources that the shop Common Folk Co. is a little treasure filled with interesting and eclectic gifts and antiques.
If you're one to get a jump start on your holiday shopping, a trip east might be in store for you this weekend -- Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Common Folk Co.'s 20th Annual Open House.
The invite promises a little something for everyone, “Great gifts, amazing décor, perfect hostess gifts, cards, Chanukah menorahs, tons of ornaments and some event specials at 70 percent off.”

It was recently voted one of the top fifty shops in America by Home Accents magazine and just last week Evening magazine announced that Washingto residents have voted Common folk Co as one of the top 5 best gift shops in western wa for 2009.
