Sweet silver keepsakes
Portland designer Teresa Robinson's rings and necklaces celebrate life's little things

Smallthings, the new jewelry line from Portland designer Teresa Robinson, is replete with little somethings you'll want to collect: rings, bracelets and necklaces with quirky, sweet and offbeat images.
Each sterling-silver disk has an oxidized image and brushed finish. Express yourself with your chosen symbol, be it a light bulb (idea girl?), cupcake, knife (for a chef, perhaps?), love letter or -- perfect for Seattleites -- an umbrella. Other images include eyeglasses, a diamond, an apple, a skeleton key, scissors, a hammer and a retro telephone. Affordable prices allow you to mix and match: Necklaces are $50, rings are $45 and bracelets are $60.
Available online at Smallthings and locally at Something Silver, Bluebottle Gallery, Hitchcock and Velouria.
