Local game company Cranium (2025 1st Ave. #600, in Belltown) is seeking playtesters. We've done this before with our daughter and had a blast. Participants receive a free Cranium game and a behind-the-scenes glimpse at how games are designed.

Here's the deal:

Cranium is currently looking for kids to come in and playtest a few new concepts over the next three weeks. If you or someone you know might be interested in putting together a Playtest group, call Scott Ferrell at 206-438-1354. Open times are filling up fast, and they're planning to have all slots filled by Friday, June 6.

For ages 6 through 8:

  • 4 to 6 players to come in together (moms can count for 1 to 2 of these player slots).
  • 60 minutes long
  • Validated parking in the building
  • Each player gets to choose a free Cranium game to take home with them as a thank you.

They're also seeking 3 to 5 year olds to Playtest the week of June 30:

  • 1-2 kids per group
  • 45 minutes long
  • Validated parking in the building
  • Each player gets to choose a free Cranium game to take home with them as a thank you.
